Toy shelves

I love these new shelves I bought last week from IKEA. There is so much space for the kids to put all the toys, puzzles and games, and whatever else. They fit from wall to wall perfectly, and look how clean the fish tank is! Thanks Phil!

I love the shelving, I too like putting furniture together. St Nick and your tumbler quilt are looking wonderful.

Ikea are marvellous, aren't they? Not only are they everywhere, but you can get the same, familiar stuff, no matter how far you are from home.

I must say, WELL DONE on joining that knitting class. It will help your German no end, both spoken and understood and will really make you feel part of things too. I know how hard it is living abroad. Exciting, but stressful.

I think you've got a super attitude towards the whole thing and deserve to do really well!=)

Hi there! Ok, this has nothing to do with shelves but I wanted to reply to your message on my blog here! :) A swift and yarn winder are called "Haspel" and "Wollwickler" here. They are next to impossible to find in yarn stores for one simple reason- 99,9% of the yarn is wound in balls. Forget Rödel and Karstadt, they will not even be able to order one for you. I bought mine online, at http://cgi.ebay.de/Wollwickler-wool-winder-Garnhaspel-Wolle-3-Stueck_W0QQitemZ270173013988QQihZ017QQcategoryZ37577QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
(if the link is broken, the ebay vendor is called Wolle Hartmuth, they sell all sorts of bulk yarn and some interesting sock yarn bags with oddballs, if you knit for little feet and like self patterning, they have quite a lot of stuff there. :) Hope this helps! Greetings! Nad
