Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in Scotland. It is 1,344 metres above sea level, and in the winter you can ski there.
There was still a few ski runs open, for the really keen skiers!

We took the Gondola ride up the top, and then walked the rest of the way to the top. Great views!

After our walk to the top, we went to the restaurant for a coffee, while the kids played on the playground. It was cool, but the sun was quite bright, and we even got a bit of colour on our faces! We didn't think to bring suntan cream to Scotland in April!
We went to the Ben Nevis Whiskey Distillery. We did a tour which was quite interesting, and the kids asked some interesting questions as well!

The barrels waiting to be filled.

After the tour the dads did some taste testing!
